SUSTAINABILITY POEM 6 | TIME

The sixth poem of sustainability series celebrates time and is named the same. It is the time that has built us and our mother earth. All the animals and the plants in the universe, all that are living and dying. Time controls all that the humans think they are controlling.

Dear Readers, Love and Respect to You all. Welcome to read the Sustainability series Poem , if You’ve not read already where the First letters of each poem combines a surprise term. All these of my poems are dedicated to sustainable living to protect our future by protecting the balance of the earth where each and every animals and plants deserve the same respect and value. The first one was Patience, then Love, then Animals, Nest  and Egg . The sixth Poem is the poem of today, Time. Hope You’ll enjoy reading it.

Poem 6: Time

Time is a child

Queer and cruel

Never think of others

But remembers Your deed .

And when it’s strong

Take You in the ring .

No, not to fight

But only to show You

How old and how weak You are .

Also laden with your old deeds

You feel helpless and think

If You’ve done the otherwise .

But never get that chance .

Time never understands

How badly You need the Air to breathe

or Water to drink .

As Time can survive even without those.

SUSTAINABILITY POEM 5 | EGG

This is the 5th poem of sustainability series named Egg. Egg has been a very important element in our anthropological and evolutionary journey. Many different cultures have stories of egg comparing with the life cycle in our earth. Think the world without egg!

Hey, Deep Love and Respect to Each and Every reader individually from the core of my heart. I have planned to write a few poems in series with the First letters of each poem combining a surprise term. Let me read You my sustainability series poems, if You’ve not read already. The first one was Patience, then Love, then Animals, Nest  and the fifth Poem is the poem of today, Egg . Hope You’ll love it.

Poem 5 : Egg

This egg is given to me

To preserve, create and to grow;

Though the life will not know,

How much blood clots to be an egg?

The nest has blown away in storms,

And the branches have broken, Oh!

Will the life then ever know

How much life goes to keep an egg?

The scorching sun, the lightning clouds,

Whispering forests and chuckling rivers,

Doubted and doubted if ever I could

put the warmth right to life my egg?

How the days and the nights starve,

All the seasons be my foes

No, the life in my womb will never know,

How much love it takes to be an egg?

The sustainability poem 1 Patience inspires sustainability and to remain honest in sustainable habits. It may take time, perhaps a long time but believe me, We are going to win back the earth for Us. Have Patience.

Poem 1: Patience

Patience is a slow virtue, hard to achieve faster,

Like watching a plant that needs shed to grow in Summer heat,

To be a grown up tree, shady shade all over and peace.

Patience is a rare thing, needs courage to sow,

Takes long to harvest and nobody understands,

The one who has, has it for one of a heck.

Patience is unearthly that is rooted in the earth,

It takes a lot more to be patient than to see patient,

But what it gives is a lot more.

Patience is human and sometimes animal too,

The one who carries, carries a mother inside,

And the one who bears carries a father.

Patience is not , never a suffering,

Though it looks like,

Just ask Your mother about the time You were born.
